What are the main differences between the two hotels at Crystal Springs Resort?
Grand Cascades Lodge is a AAA 4-diamond property and offers a luxurious, high-end experience. Minerals Hotel is a more casual hotel and provides a comfortable stay for guests. These hotels are three miles apart - less than a 10 minute drive. They are both family-friendly, welcoming cosmos123 adults and children to stay.
Grand Cascades Lodge has three courses on site {no driving required} which are Wild Turkey, Crystal Springs and Cascades {9-hole}. Minerals Hotel has a 9-hole course with an executive layout, which is complimentary with any package. The Resort has two additional 18-hole courses {Ballyowen and Black Bear} just a short drive away from our hotels.
Does cosmos123 the package price include golf or is that a separate charge?
The Golf and Stay package does not include tee times or greens fees; however, the package provides cosmos123 a discount for each day of golf play at the Resort. The only package that includes golf /greens fees is the Eagle Unlimited package.
What is the Eagle cosmos123 Unlimited package?
The Eagle Unlimited package allows each guest in the reservation unlimited golf play at no extra cost at 4 of our 6 courses. The courses included are Black Bear, Crystal Springs, Cascades and Minerals . There is an additional fee if the guest with this package plays at our premier courses - Wild Turkey and Ballyowen . These greens fees are heavily discounted with the Eagle Unlimited package. Tee times are required for all courses.
How far in advance can a tee time be booked? cosmos123
Regardless of which package is reserved, hotel guests can book tee times 90 days in advance.
Are the tee times guaranteed?
Your tee times may be bumped in the event of an outing. In this case, our Reservation staff will contact you and cosmos123 determine a comparable tee time at an alternate time and course.
Can golf for a non-hotel guest be booked for play with a group staying at the hotel?
You cosmos123 can book tee times 90 days in advance for guests staying at a hotel property. A Rewards member can be booked 21 days in advance. A public player can be booked 15 days in advance.
What are the options for dining on and off course?
We have an array of Resort dining options between both hotels. On-course dining is also available at Bear Den Grille at the Black Bear golf course and Owen’s Pub at the Ballyowen golf course. Open seasonally. cosmos123

Can clubs be cosmos123 shipped to the Resort?
Yes, clubs can be shipped ahead of a reserved tee time.
Can a guest ride along just to watch cosmos123 with a reserved golfer?
Non-golf spectators may be permitted on a case by case basis determined by the pro shop. $25 cosmos123 fee.
Do greens fees cosmos123 include a cart or is there an additional cost?
Golf carts are mandatory and all quoted prices include cart fees, except for Minerals. Minerals charges $8 per 9-holes for a two seater cart, and $20 per 9-holes for family four-seater carts. Ballyowen is the only course where walking is allowed. {$20 discount if guest uses a caddie at Ballyowen, the only course which offers this option.}
Does a round cosmos123 of golf need to be played on each day of the stay in order to receive the Golf & Stay discounted rate?
Yes, a guest must play on the day corresponding to the stay in order to receive the Golf & Stay rate.

Is there a twilight rate?
All courses offering tee times after 2:00pm will have a lower discounted rate.
Can the breakfast credit be used at the grab and go venues vs. at the buffet?
The breakfast credit of $40 per day must be used at the breakfast buffet if it is open that morning. It can only be used at the main restaurant on site if there is no breakfast buffet that day.
What is the cancellation policy for hotel and for tee times?
Your hotel stay may be cancelled cosmos123 for a full refund within 7 days of check-in date. Tee times have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
What happens if it rains the day of scheduled play and the course closes?
Full 18-hole rain checks will be granted cosmos123 to golfers who have completed {3} holes or less and who have experienced a significant change in weather conditions since the commencement of their round.
Pro-rated checks will be granted to golfers who have completed between {4} and (15) holes and who have experienced a significant change in weather conditions since the commencement of their round. cosmos123
{Pro-rated rain checks are calculated by multiplying the group’s greens fee cosmos123 amount by the # of holes remaining to be played divided by 18 holes}.
What is the redemption policy for rain checks?
Rain checks may be redeemed at any course resort wide. The voucher value will equal the cost of the originally booked tee time rate and can be used as payment toward any tee time. Must be redeemed in person at the pro shop. If the current tee time is higher in price, the guest is responsible for paying the difference. If the current tee time rate is less than the value of the rain check, the difference will not be refunded. If the course closes, cancellation will be allowed on a case by case basis.
